A result that the lions did not deserve. An early goal by timmo was well defended by a defence without James Burke until well into the second half a penalty was awarded to the home side. this was missed but the ref allowed it to be retaken a decision nobody understood. the second goal came from losing the ball in midfield. This referee has to be the worst in the league, he missed most things on the park and spent alot of the time talking to the Town supporters explaining his ludicrous decisions and there were many.

this is the second time this season that we have had this referee. the first being at dunkirk earlier in the campaign, his imcompetance that night cost us 3 points and although that was not the case yesterday i would like 2 ask what is the purpose of assesers if nothing happens when they wittness such inadiquate performances, the asseser even prewarned us about him, so why no action . i thought we at least deserved a point, with a bit more hunger and desire 4 a battle we should had the game won by half time. so we move on with 7 games left, the players are now playing 4 there long term future, that is there carrott, i hope they realise the importance of these games.............brian franks

I'm glad I wasnt at the game if that goon was reffing! maybe harsh, but really true.
I hope he isnt reffing next year. No doubt he was whistle happy and couldnt let the game flow.
