"There are a few events going on in the next few weeks to try and raise some money for Keiran's parents house to be adapted and allow him to return home for longer spells whilst still receiving treatment at The Northern at Sheffield.
I hope that we can all make the effort to make some sort of contribution even if we are not able to attend.

For those who did not know Key suddenly lost the use of his legs just before the season started and has been in hospital since, he is in Northern General receiving treatment and hopefully an answer to what has caused the problem. He is gradually getting some feeling back in his legs but is still wheelchair bound.

He comes home most weekends and still has the same smile on his face despite his problems but for him to be able to spend more time at home his parents home needs to be kitted out to meet his disability. £2000 is required and we hope we can raise a large proportion towards this. "

Im glad u have put this on the forum tony, i thought it might have been cheeky coming from me. i have played with kieron at blackwell and he his one of the nicest guys u will ever come across. if people r willing to make a contribution to help his family out it would be very appreicated by me.

i will be going to the event on november 16th so if u want, i will be willing to collect any money u which to contribute and take to the event.

i will be putting this to the players at our next game, to get them to help out.

Missed the game Saturday ( flu ) or Manflu as the wife calls it.. I shall miss the game Wednesday too, gotta go kick some ass with my band, see u all Saturday.
