For anyone thinking of travelling on Saturday to Appleby but does not know where to go, Appleby play at Brumby Hall Sports Ground, Ashby Road, Scunthorpe.

From the M18 take J5 onto M180. From M180 take J3 onto M181 which is Scunthorpe (West). At the roundabout turn right onto A18. Straight on at the mini roundabout (Macdonalds). At the next large roundabout take the 3rd exit (A18 - Kingsway) up the hill to the next roundabout. Turn left and the entrance to the ground is 300 yards on the left.

You can also approach from M180, J4/A15. Get onto the A18 and follow the road to the roundabout at Kingsway and turn right. Ground 300 yards on the left, but you may not be able to stop at a Macdonalds if you go this way.

Just heard that we have won 4-1, brilliant, well done lads thats a cracking result, sorry i had to miss todays game but well done to those that did travel, see you all Saturday!!

Just got back from the App. Frod. game and got to say a big thank you to the lads. You can't buy days out like that!! The Frod have some good players who can move the ball about a bit but we got stuck in, outfought them and scored some great goals. Tom's was a real cracker! Thanks to Mike for the spot on directions and also to Appleby who were great sports.

I hear you were clean through on goal until the linesman raised his flag!! - Never mind, it will come one day? You probably got a nose bleed being that far up the pitch anyway and missed?. Cracking result - All the best.
