im really looking forward to the game at kimberly tommorow. after the dismal display at gedling. the radford game was like a ray of sunshine, lets hope that form can continue and we can smash our neighbors.
my point is we still lack 1 or 2 important players. can the managment tell us if there is anything in the pipeline?
i really like the look of scott blaney can anybody give us any info on where hes been previous?
its good to see trav back and the new keeper looks v.good any info on the keeper?
we almost have a backbone, good keeper, 2/3 v.good centre halves, we just need a solid dentre mid and a strong target man. of those we have two v.good wingers blaney and faulksy, and what has fisher been eating he's had a great start.
anyway good luck tommorow lads.

Blaney was at Borrowash, Prims and also Glapwell.
Steve Smith started at Borrowash then went to Eastwood Town back to Vics and started the season with Mickleover, he is only 24.

Scott Blaney played at Derby in his younger days, trialled for Leeds and Walsall and played at Burton Albion for a while. He plays locally in Alvaston and is in desperate need of a haircut, hence the nickname "Jesus" or "God". He's going to kill me when he reads this!!

He played for us at Telford, and i've since been to Heanor, a couple of times, to watch him.
I will phone him up. (All he needs is a couple of new knees).

Good luck this season.
