nipped up past the ground today, which is some feat on a little moped lol, but i looked through the gates to see the pitch growing nicely apart from the penalty area, anyways does anyone know if we got any preseason friendlies planned? |

I would think whoever the new manager is would probably arrange the pre-season friendlies etc,
I believe the process of interviewing will take place shortly. |

I believe that Heanor will be playing in the South Normanton Invitation Trophy again, kicking off on the 22nd July. _________________ UP THE LIONS!! |

mark harvey could end up applying too, he's left sandiacre and its another goalkeeper on the books if he does apply, lets hope the next manager has a long term vision for the club and not just do us well for one season. |

Mark Harvey was a keeper at Heanor a few years back.Did he fill anybody with confidence then? Now he's older and less agile is that want we want?Just a mention for Mick Rogers I had the privilege to see Mick at Halesowen when we beat them in a Vase match what a game he had.The manager then was Mark O'Kane,in my opinion we have not had anyone that comes close to putting out teams as good as then. |

Mick Rodgers is the most experienced by far and in my opinion is our best option. He has the knowledge and knows the players to take our club in the right direction.
In my eyes he is our best chance of getting out this league and showing everyone the potential of this team. |

There is nobody other than we supporters connected with Heanor Town that has the remotest intention of trying for promotion. Are the new dressing rooms started? |

In my opinion whilst Heanor Town FC have the Macullochs, Costello ant all the old timers running the club, we will never move forward, sad but true!! |
