quite sure he lost it again lol a pre-season would prove he's good enough. it'd be good for him to be a back-up at least wouldnt it, maybe evn a back up striker Rolling Eyes

Would'nt argue with those who think Chris Seal would be an excellent signing if family commitments allow. I am shure Chris is fairly fit anyway due to his job.

Looking futrther forward and the desire for Heanor to have a team with a scattering of young local tallant I personally would like to see Nick Hall back in a Heanor shirt. Dont know what went wrong last season for him to leave.

A "little bird" whispered in my ear last Sunday morning that a certain midfield player may, just may, be staying at Heanor next season!!!!!

I sincerely hope so!!!!! :D :D :D

A few games last season we didn't have 3 subs if he would do it sealey on the bench would be ideal a defender or forward all in one. But a new manager may have other ideas.

as things stand i have no plans 2 come out of retirement next season. but things change and shud my circumstances change then heanor wud b my only destination. its very flattering 2 read all the nice comments bein posted about wanting me 2 return. i also find the comments about me bein 2 old and fat very funny and if i'm truthful, not far off the mark! when i did retire last season i told the heanor management that i wud b willing 2 sit on the bench anytime they were short, an offer that will b given 2 the management next season aswell whoever it may b and of course only if they want me.

keep thinking about it chris, we could do with another centre-half just to keep competition for places, we aint bothered if you rold and fat as long as you can get from our box to theirs for corners to make that ghosting run round the back. some of the younger ones could use your experience too, u'd b appreciated... watch this space! hope thats a fair way to end Very Happy

Chris Seale is one of the best centre halves i have had the pleasure of playing in the same team as. I hope he does find the time to play next season because his experience is invaluable at this level of football and he would be a great addition to any side.

I only wish my personal circumstances were different which would allow me to commit to playing full time in a heanor shirt again. What dissapoints is that we are too young to retire but family/work commitments are the reasons this is not possible. One Final season would be fantatstic to go out on a high -- What do you say Chris??

Do we need promotion? what would we gain?. The teams are no better, the grounds maybe, the players we would need to progress will want more money. Entry into the FA cup would bring in more revenue. Ilkeston & Alfreton had money poured into them but the crowds they can attract are not enough to achieve even their ambitions. Let's progress if possible, but a decent team playing well should be our first priority. Oh and there is always the dressing rooms SAGA.
