Heanor winger/striker Steve Froggatt has left the Town Ground and joined Dunkirk. Sad to see him go, he's been a great servant to Heanor over the years and scored some great goals ( left footer at Barton springs to mind) All the best Steve not sure why you've left Heanor to go to Dunkirk to play in front of 1 man and his dog but still. Sure you'll get a good reception on the 28th when Dunkirk visit the hallowed Town Gd!!!! Wink

y the snide little comment paul?maybe so but at least he wont stand there
with a white hankie over his head like a small minority of so called heanor fans did last season....and its 5 supporters now we are the current league champions....jumping on the band wagon and all that...sounds like a player we knew at the start of the season????????????

Dunkirk dont get many people watching them your right, but the question is why has he left you? as you say hes a good player and will certainly get in your team, so whats gone off? I think Dunkirk have done a great swap there, they end up with Froggy and u end up with billy no mates boring Sharpy. You only get a decent crowd because there is sod all else to do in Heanor!!! I thought Dunkirk only had 4 supporters now mr lowe!!!

Yeah, the dogs died!! Very Happy UP THE LIONS

Dummies back in please, no falling out on here!! The comment i made as regards folk supporting your team is not snide its the truth, you have no support, dont take that out on me, ok, not my fault nobody wants to watch you play. Dont diss Sharpey, bet you were chuffed when he signed for you at start of season, and Billy no mates Sharpy as you put it scored a blinding goal to put us through to the next rd of the league cup, you know, the one that you have no interest in any more!!! Wink

See you on 28th

In response to the person who goes by the name of SHEEP SHEEP, Thank you for comments regarding my personality. It's nice that someone has finally let me know where i've been going wrong all these years. With a name like Sheep are you telling us your preference or are you in denial.... You are obviously a very intelligent individual!! I thought this was a football website?

Nice one Roy!!!!

You know the way to shut this type of so called football supporter up, just keep finding the net!!

I think I would rather have the moaners at the Town Ground than the type of negative comments sheep sheep, whoever he may be, has to offer.

Nowt wrong with Roy,he just writes his own scripts!!
Best wishes to Steve who`s been a great servant to Heanor but latterly I think it`s true to say, things weren`t working out so well.He would certainly struggle to get into the Lion`s side at the moment but I for one will give him a cheer when he returns to the Town Ground.

I'm with steve pinegar, i wud much rather av the moaners and i wrote up complaining about them!!!!! sheep sheep's rite, though, wen he says there is not a lot 2 do in heanor, but how much is there to do in places like dunkirk, pinxton and blackwell and other areas who play at heanor's level????? They still av no crowd. we have a great attendance because we have a great team and thats wot sharpey realised!!

Only thing i can think of as regards the white hankie remark, wouldn't be to do with racism, other than that dont know so please let us in on it!! If thats what you are implying, whats it got to do with Heanor Town FC?

Again i write in response to person going by the name of Sheep, Clearly you know me well with some of the comments you have made. It would be welcome if you would grow a back-bone and let us know your name?

I would like to wish Froggy all the best at Dunkirk, we played together in a great heanor side and I hope he does well at his new club. Dunkirk are a good side with some good players which reminds me.. would the Mr.Lowe who has posted comments on this site be the same Mr.Lowe who
plays for the side formerly known as the Shiz-Nitz!! Or Not?

Got to say Mr.Lowe I don`t like the path these posts are taking. It`s time to re-focus on the football.
