I would like to thank the best supportors in the league, commitee and management for all their support this season, with regret i am unfortunately leaving the club, at my age i need to be playing regular first team football and have been given the opportunity to do so elsewhere.

I wish Heanor all the best for the future and hope our paths will cross again.

As one of the few people who publically canvassed for the return of Brett after seejng his display against us and I will be sorry to see him go but understand his reasons if he's not getting a regular game.
