Cant argue with your MOM Dave, he was awesome today, oh what would we give to see Trav score!! A great team performance with Aled looking dangerous when getting forward and getting his crosses over. Well played lads, great game to watch for the home support not so good for Gedlings 3 supporters. Laughing keep up the good work.

Would just like to say well done to you for a great performance yesterday & wish you all the best with future fixtures.
Your support on the sidelines usually makes it an entertaining match apart from the p***k in the blue Nike jacket behind Gedlings goal in the 1st half who spent the half spitting at our Mason our goalkeeper. (It is a shame he didnt come for a drink after the match as I'm sure Mason would have loved to have had a chat with him).
I hope you agree this is not the sort of behaviour that is welcome at football anywhere and if you know who he is that someone within the club do something to irradicate this from your club as apart from this you have the best support in the CMFL.

Thats disgusting and whoever it was should be ashamed of themselves, we dont need stuff like that going on at The Tn Gd. The person in question should be banned from home games, end of. Could i also make a polite request to the guy who stands behind the dugouts just to keep his language under control, it sounds awful mate trust me. THANKYOU.

So what are you saying "Heanor Red", its not gospel just because someone from Heanor didnt see it. I know some of you guys at Heanor and they know me and i would hope the likes of Paul know me are pretty honest.
The guest from gedling would not spend time and effort coming on here to make something like that up. As he said and most of the league agree you have the best supporters in the league except for a few idiots who really do let you down. There was one guy stood just behind me in the 1st half who was bellowing and shouting for the sake of it, most of it didnt even make sense, i think he just liked the sound of his own voice, this coupled with the guy Paul says was swearing and this spitting incident really not make it nice. Paul i have some photos from saturday and i think there is one of the guy accused of spitting so i will confirm it with Mason tomorrow night and if it is the guy i will e-mail it to you then all you decent guys at the club can deal with it as you see fit, end of the matter.

Really this is a shame because what we should be doing is coming on here and discussing what a great performance you put in and what a great victory it was. We know what a great match winner Nick Guislanzoni is from his time with us last year and i hope he carries on doing that for you this season, then you guys can all come on here and discuss the positive side of the club rather than the 3 guys mentioned above who do let you down.

Well done and good luck for the rest of the season.

The language is getting a bit too ripe to be honest.

Lots of people are moving to the stand behind the goal to get away from it - the ones that don't stand there shaking their heads, especially as there are very young kids about.

By all means be passionate and support the team to the hilt. The english language is a wonderful thing and I'm sure the ref or opposition can be questioned or even 'insulted' without swearing.

Lets not loose the good reputation we've got as a bunch of fans. Some Shirebrook supporters took things too far a couple of years back and everyone started to hate them despite the fact they were a cracking side.

Perhaps a word in the programme notes from the Management is in order?

yes, sixgunn, you may be right and i do agree spitting is bang out of order but, i don't know how you can put a passionate fan who shouts alot without swearing, into the same catagory as someone who spits at one of your players, who i'l admit, ur gk didnt have a bad game even thought he let 6 in, i'd say 5 of them he couldn't have done anything about, and into the same catagory as someone who can do a damn fine terrets impression. whoever the guy is who shouts alot lol n i wonder who it is Laughing theres nwot wrong with a bit of passionate shouting but ifcase you are really daft and aint worked out its me then i make sure i dont swear as there is always little kids about somewhere and i most certainly dont spit on the ground, but yeh, thanks sixgunn for bringing me into it!

NP Heanor red.

I will relay your comparison onto our goalkeeper James Mason im sure he will find that funny where as the spitting he didnt. He did say you went round to the bottom goal to chat to him in the 2nd half ( if you are the one i am thinking of)

The only reason i mentioned you was because i was trying to concentrate on the job in hand and all of a sudden there was this "bellowing" in my ear which IMHO would of been ok if it had been constructive but hey footballs all about opinions dont you think, and you are right you payed your money so you have the every right to voice your opinion.

Good luck tomorrow guys and can you try and do us a favour (cos we really could do with one) and beat everyone around us for the rest of the season then hopefully we can return next season to your ground for more of the same (not the spitting i hope)

Good Luck Gents Wink Wink
