Lets not get too carried away with the result against a bottom half/below average Blackwell side.
After recent poor performances & odd team selection/positioning of players the under pressure management team have bought back Bev Hudson, a 40+yr old centre forward who had previously left the club after playing one game earlier in the season and Nick Ghislanzoni (Heanor being his 5th club this seaon and its only Oct). We all know him to be a good player but how long will he stay, as he will move to any club prepared to offer him a penny more (or when Mark Harvey wants him).
Were these players brought in by the management as a quick fix solution to deflect the critisim of recent weeks ?
Adam Nicholls on the other hand is Heanor through & through and will stick with us during good & bad times, can the same be said about Hudson and Ghislanzoni ( I doubt it)
Nice to see Sealey back in defence - where he should have been from the start of the season.
