Lets hope that Saturdays performance will be an improvement on the last few outings. We need a good result to restore some much needed confidence to the team.

As anyone got any news on the new players signed, or if we have signed a striker yet? Mind you, even the England Manager is having trouble finding anyone to 'put the ball in the net' !

They dont look a bad side on paper particularly away from home.

yet to loose an away game (lets hope therir luck changes today) having won 2 v Clippy & Blackwell and drew against Dunkirk.

Hopefully we will have a full squad available plus the elusive "new signings"

Tell Mick H that I "failed a fitness test" earlier this morning so I won't be leading the line today but I will be fit enough to watch.

It has taken me until this time in the evening on this very bleak of Saturdays,to put together some words on this afternoons debacle on the Town Ground.

Never in over 40 years of watching and supporting this club have I been so embarassed by the performance of 14 individuals collectively known as Heanor Town F.C.

The words CLUELESS comes to mind, lacking in both ability and confidence, this was without any doubt one of the worst 90 minutes I can ever remember watching a team under the guise of this once 'VERY PROUD CLUB'

I realise that my opinion may not be the same as other people who watched the game, but can I point out that anyone who was remotely satisfied with any aspect of the' teams' performance today, must be wearing what Steve Pynegar described as very ROSE TINTED SPECTACLES !!
