Can anyone else remember that fantastic goal that Stacey scored for the Lions against Blackstone in the FA Vase about 8 years ago? He started in his own half beat 6 players, left the goalkeeper on his arse and walked it into the net!

not wanting to upset or annoy anybody but a certain mr sharp scoring v greenwood a few weeks back was a magic moment, not many could produce that kind of finish from that angle and position.

Can I chip in with the goal Flanny scored at Boston in the Vase.
It would take a lot of beating in any standard of football.

I agree Steve, a great strike from Flanny to put us 1-0 up and if i remember correctly 2nd goal was a penalty scored by Pete Davies and the 3rd goal scored by Wes Armstrong, what a player that guy was, 4ft tall and about 3 stone wet through but he was awesome!!!

What about the last minute header at the Town Gd scored by Richard Preston ( also in the Vase ) to give us a 2-1 win over Hallam, sent a big crowd home very happy that day mate!!!
