Totally agree with the comments regarding Mr. Wiltons press releases, and I for one find it strange that he has contrived to write about comments made at Saturdays match at Blackwell, when HE HIMSELF was not even present. Either he has got some very good informants, or this is another example of fabricated lies aimed at doing the club further harm.

You have got to give Stan some credit, at least he gets people talking about HTFC even if his views, comments or opinions are not to everyones taste, includng mine at times!

I don't know if his age has anything to do with it or if it was Gippy wanting to take Stan for a walk, but in the last edition of the Heanor News he stated that Lee Fowler followed Bill Fossey as Manager. I did remind him on Saturday that a certain Richard Preston was Manager in between them.

I don't think you have to worry about his comments having an adverse affect in the dressing rooms on the contrary when I was party to the banter in there the last thing any player wanted was to be nominated MOM by Stan, it was like being given the kiss of death with all the jibes from around the room.

I think we should have a section for predicting who you think will be Stans MOM, but on thinking about it, I do not wish to offend any of the players so I withdraw that suggestion!!!!

As a former player - I have to agree with Steve Pinnegar, Most of the time the news reports on previous games are not taken too seriously, although you were accused of brown nosing if you were nominated for M.O.M. more than once!! I have to say that most of the mickey taking was done by Pete Davis although when he was awared the

Just read the review of last weeks game and you actualy had something positive to say about the team ! , surely not , where are all the criticism , moans and general put downs.

you even managed a begrudging compliment on the management.

Credit where credit's due, I'm quick to point out when in my opinion our scribe get's personal, but I have to agree. Mr Wilton's press offering this week is more than positive regarding the players and management . I'm now worried he's going soft, but then again the venom was amply re-directed at the referee who let's face it, looks like one of the chuckle brothers and referees in a similar vain.

cant wait 4 friday, the heanor news will bve out. bin waiting since saturday (and its only monday). Stan cheered on the players, shouted at the bolsover team, and even swore at the ref and linesman. Stan if you read this please put me out of my misery and post your report on this site. I JUST CAN'T WAIT.....
