andy wasn't exactly making the greatest impression when he took charge last year with some of the performance but since he's made he mark on the team look at the team, its amazing. i just think he doesn't get enough praise. speak up peeps

Andys starting to put his stamp on the team now and things are looking loads better than they did as oppose to the end of last season.

I still believe a top 3 or 4 finish is not out of the question and like i said in another post, i think this could be our year as regards some silverware, if we get past Clipstone ( league cup ) then its the quarter finals.

This game takes place at the Town Ground on Saturday March 4th so cancel any other engagement for this date, we need a bumper crowd up for this one so i'm giving everybody plenty of notice, bring a friend, get a friend to bring a friend etc etc, spread the word for this match and lets shout our lads to victory!! Very Happy

His teams have always been well organised and hard to beat. We always had a problem beating sides he's managed, especially Dunkirk, even when we took a good Heanor side to play them.

He knows the local scene, players and fans respect him because they know what he's achieved and he talks sense - just listen to him on a Saturday.

I think we're lucky to have him and long may it continue.

it has taken a while 4 andy 2 turn things around but wot has 2 b said is that when he took over he inherited a side low on confidence and that changed from match 2 match. wot he did do woz 2 work with wot he'd got and kept the club up.
starting this season he has got some decent young players 2 the club and mixed them with some quality experienced one's.
now that he has got a decent squad 2gether the results have been good and so have the performances.

praise must also go 2 dave lee and graham

Whilst it's refreshing for a manager to admit he got it wrong, Andy could hardly be blamed for individual one off errors.
We got done by the long ball and errors that may never happen again.

There was only one team trying to play football out there and it wasn't them, however it's fair to say we lacked a bit of concentration and certainly missed Greeny.

Keep up the good work
